Return Policy

101-Days Risk Free Trial

  • Customers are able to try iKrema mattress for 101 days.
  • 101-days Risk Free Trial is ONLY applicable for the continental United States customers, and  purchases of iKrema mattress from ikrema.com    (The 101-days Risk Free Trial does not apply any third party retailer include Amazon.com,e-bay.)
  • The 101-days Risk Free Trial begins on the date the mattress is arrived. 
  • If customer does not satisfied iKrema mattress, iKrema will remove mattress, and refund full amount the customer paid.
  • Customer may only have two(2) Mattresses returned per household, shipping address, and phone number.
  • iKrema cover all cost and a full refund within two-three(2~3) days of pick up confirmation.
  • The 101-days policy is the first policy of the ikrema.com

General Retrun Policy

  • iKrema mattress can be retruned for a full refund whithin 30 days of receipt
  • If ordered an incorrect mattress size, iKrema will offer a courtesy exchange IF YOUR PRODUCT IS UNOPENED, for just the cost of delivery.
  • If customer purchase iKrema mattress at thirtd party retailer, the return policy follow the third party retailer's return policy.

DEFFECTIVE OR DAMAGED COMPONENTS

  • If any component of the mattress or foundation is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the first two years of the original purchase date.
  • The mattress be replaced by IKrema at no cost to you. Within the first two years, all shipping charges to replace a defective component will be covered by IKrema. 
  • If any component of the mattress or base is found to be defective in materials or workmanship after two years from the original purchase date, the terms of the IKrema Limited Warranty will apply. 
  • After two years from the date of purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective component back to IKrema and any related costs. Contact our Customer Service Center.
  • We recognize that components may break, become soiled or unusable, and may not be covered under the warranty. 
  • In the event that replacement components are required or if you wish to upgrade to newer components, you may purchase these items by simply providing proof of purchase. All component sales are final and carry a 20 Year IKrema Limited Warranty from the purchase date. 
  • Product discounts and bedding promotions do not apply to components. Call our Customer Service Center for current pricing and to process the component purchase.
